In most cases two sessions of up to 40 minutes are carried out to achieve the maximum result possible. In Europe dental clinics are permitted to use a Whitening with a gel with a maximum of 6% strength Hydrogen Peroxide (as per the rules of European Union) which usually has very little effect on the colour of your teeth. The dental clinics in Turkey use a product which is 25% - 40% for maximum results. Of course this strength of product is only able to be administered by a Dental Professional in a clinic with the appropriate expertise and technology, and outside of the UK and European Union.
Laser Teeth Whitening can make the teeth sensitive to hot and cold for a few days after the treatment and it is considered normal for some patients to have some post operate sensitivity. That said, this is temporary, and no patients have ever reported any form of pain or ongoing sensitivity following their Professional Teeth Whitening.
It is usually the case that 2 days are left between the two Professional Teeth Whitening sessions. The product will continue to work, whitening your teeth for 24-48 hours after each session.
